Privacy Policy

This policy explains what nawo ("we") collects when you use Learn EN Video, why, and what you can do about it. Questions go to learnenvideo-support@nawo.io.vn.

What we collect

• Your account. When you sign in, Firebase Authentication (a Google service) gives us your email address and a user ID. We require a verified email address.
• What you import. The YouTube links you submit, the import jobs created from them and the time of each import. We keep a record of each import to apply the daily import limit, even after you delete the job.
• Video content. For each video you import we fetch its title, channel, length and English subtitles from YouTube.
• Technical data. Our servers log each request, including your IP address and the page or video requested. We use these logs to run and secure the service. Firebase also processes your IP address and device information when you sign in.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or other files from your device.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep the list of videos you imported in your account.
• To build lessons: translations, vocabulary, phrases and word families for each video.
• To enforce the daily import limit and keep the service available to everyone.

Lessons are stored per video, not per person: if two people import the same video, they see the same lesson. A lesson contains nothing about who imported it. Lessons are not private: we may feature a lesson in the app's Explore feed, where anyone can open it, and lessons remain after the account that imported the video is deleted.

Who we share it with

• Firebase Authentication (Google) handles sign-in.
• AI model providers. To build a lesson we send the video's subtitles to a third-party AI model provider. We send the subtitles only, never your email address or account details.

We do not sell your data and we do not show ads.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your account and import history while your account exists. In the app you can cancel an import that has not started yet, and delete one once it has finished. To delete your account and its data, email learnenvideo-support@nawo.io.vnfrom the address you signed in with and we will delete it.

Children

Learn EN Video is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will also be announced in the app.
